I think I deserve to win tix to this tour because in the passed ten years Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars going to see my favorite band, Staind. LITERALLY. Ive seen Staind many, many times but only gotten to see my next favorite band (Shinedown) once @ ROTR 08. I am one of the most diehard Staind fans alive. I have traveled more than ten hours to see them before. I have their autographs tattooed on me! I live and breathe Staind. On top of all of that, I lost my job last week!!! Its concert season! I got laid off last summer too and missed alot of concerts, including Staind! I would LOVE to get to go to their show on 7/4/09 @ DTE cause its the closest one to me and it would be my third time celebrating Independence day with the awesome guys in Staind. First my name is Rob Lukas and I would like to request a pair of tickets to the July 4th show at the DTE Center in Clarkston MI. Here are my reasons why I should win
1) It's my girlfriends birthday, she says she's never had a good birthday and usually curls up and cries. I think it's about time she has a kick ass birthday.
2) I live in Toronto, I'm willing to to drive 4 1/2 hrs to see the show, I've done it before so it's no problem and we both can take the day off work.
3) We both love Staind and Chevelle. Staind and Chevelle are probably her 2 favorite bands that she hasn't seen live. Personally I've seen both of them a combined 25-30 times. Been following both since the beginning. I love them they are really good live.
4) We are short on money, I can get the money together for gas and parking but I could use a little help with the tickets.
5) It would be the best surprise ever, we were just talking about doing something good for her birthday and she said that nobody good is playing in Toronto on her birthday, she has no idea that two of her favorite band are playing a few hours away....he he
6)I'm american, she's canadian, we can show her that american's kick ass and know how to throw a good party on the 4th of july. (good cross border relations). Your help would be much appreciated.

my name is Todd Johnstone. I would really like to go....i have a couple of good reasons why i should go...
1.)This is my Senior summer year....i just graduated and i would like to go to this concert to help make this senior summer my best.
2.)i have a friend that is moving away in the end of July. i would love to take her to this concert because i might not get to see her ever again after July. plus she took me to cruefest last year and i own her one.
3.)i have never seen stain'd or shinedown and i missed my chance to see stain'd when they came to Michigan in may only because my girlfriend at the time made me miss is so i can take her to prom which was a waste of time because she ended up breaking up with afterwords.
5.) i have no money what so ever...i have not had a graduation party or anything and i might not so i have no extra cash to buy a ticket.
so like everyone else her i am a broke SOB.
6.)and hell i live in bay city...it is only a two hour drive...i can definitely make it to this concert if i get these tickets. These tickets will not go to waste. So please may i have these tickets to go see stain'd, shinedown, chevelle, and halestorm and lo pro?!?!?!?!?
